General Responsibilities and Scope of Function
Provide day-to-day HR coordination for Albuquerque, Bolingbrook, IL, and Hopkinton, MA as required, to ensure the consistent administration of general HR policies and programs including but not limited to compensation and payroll, benefits, recruiting, training, FMLA, leave administration, compliance with governmental regulatory agencies, and miscellaneous recordkeeping requirements.
Administration of Employee Programs
Provide consistent administration and communication of employee programs, including but not limited to CTS policies and procedures, tuition reimbursement, compensation, unemployment, and leave administration. Offer assistance and support to off-site HR partners as needed. Assist and maintain HR portal and Key Employee database. Strive for continuous improvement in our processes and provide objective assessments, analysis and guidance in the implementation of new initiatives
Provide timely and positive “customer service” to our employees and managers. Assist with recruiting efforts of non-exempt and contingent workforce, assist with logistics of Key Employee new hires, provide new hire orientation and ensure smooth on-boarding process between the managers and various departments. Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, process special executive compensation as required, and assist/train other HR partners as needed. Maintain Success Factors / Dayforce system entering all new hires, routine maintenance (tax changes, change of address, etc.), and separation information.
Coordinate Direct and Indirect labor staffing activities as required. This function will require oversight and coordination with staffing firms.
Education, Training, and Skills
- Must have at least seven years of Human Resource Administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
- HR generalist experience
- Strong background in employment relations is required
- Ceridian / Dayforce / Success Factors / Employee Central database
- Knowledge of Human Resource related laws, regulations and practices
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) – preferred
